This is by far the worst Domino's location ever now, I've been ordering from here for awhile and they have gotten bad now. My... order came over and hour late and the driver was rude on the phone!! Delivery was good, but the manager was very disrespectful. He argued with me , yelled at me and then had the nerve to questioned... me about the order I made and paid for on line. Telling me I should of ask the driver about my order. I told him I used to workfor dominos and this is how I was taught how the process would go when an order comes on line : read the receipt Make theOrder Double check the order Hand the order to driver Driver checks the order before leaving the store Driver drives to thelocation triple check the receipt before delivering Fourth check the order with customer On to the next location So I think heneeds to be retrained Read more
This was sooooo legendary! We ordered off the app because I love the point system (free pizza every 60 points) and was not... disappointed. At first the delivery time was 60-80 mins but we got our food in 30 minutes! We dipped these bad boys in thefamous garlic butter sauce and went to town HENNY! This location is always good. Terrible service. The wait time is atrocious. TAKES ABOUT 2+ HOURS FOR YOUR ORDER TO COME. They get the order right ONCE a blue... moon. I love Dominos Pizza but THIS STORE is the closest to my house. And unfortunately, for this reason ima convert to PapaJohns Pizza. Update: I did myself a disservice by ordering from there again. MY PIZZAS ARRIVED LOOKING LIKE IT FELL ON THEGROUND! Spoke to the driver and he said he tripped and the pizzas fell. SO WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU STILL DELIVER IT TO ME? Tomake matters worse, he didn?t even tell me when he saw me. He handed me the pizzas, smiled and left. Spoke to the manager and hesaid he will send only two pizzas when all three of mines were messed up! Never ever ever, ordering from there again.
