Wish I could give zero stars ! They need a new manager and staff . I usually order and my food is messed up but today was just... insane. I signed into an old account and forgot to update my number on the dominos app . After waiting about 15 minutes Irealized it was the wrong number. ( my order was still at the restaurant via pizza tracker) so trying to correct my mistake Icalled the store .. 16 times ! I was hung up on every time over an hour duration ! I finally got a answer as I was driving .They refused to re deliver so I kept driving . Also couldn?t manage to cancel or get a refund on the app or website . I drove inthe rain 12 minutes there & had to wait for my food again cus they were closing now !Arriving I was completely ignored. A fewminutes pass and I was rudely told they are off the clock & my number is no good . I replied is they were to answer their phoneit would?ve been solved. After waiting I got my food but did not receive any refund from my delivery fees I paid on the app ! Ontop of that waste of gas . Read more
The delivery guy wouldn?t come to the main door of the apartment?s building. I don?t mind not getting the delivery to my... apartment door but not even at the main entrance of the building??ridiculous. At Domino?s on Jerome Ave. in the Bronx, they maketheir on delivery policies. I called the store and they just don?t care. I called Papa John?s right after and it was deliveredto my apartment door. Keep the great customer service Domino?s, just remember that the pandemic is over and you?re not the onlygame in town anymore. One star is too much for this place. Just got hung up on after already trying to order over the phone (call center transferred me to this dominos location after a... system issue). This guy made me repeat myself countless times while talking to other people and then just said ?order online I?mbusy? and hung up. Worst pizza I?ve had in my life. We opened the box and it looked so soggy and ugly- then it was extremely distasteful. Please... don?t order from here, the food is bad and will make you feel bad inside. This is a real warning :,( Read more
Please Close down this location!! My pizza looked like someone played soccer with the box it looked like left over pieces in a... pile inside the box!! I had to put it together like a puzzle because I honestly thought they were random leftover pieces. Itwas frozen Cold it seemed old and dry! The chicken was old dry and burnt! The cheesy bread was also burnt on the side and thecheese on top was raw like not melted. And I did not get my blue cheese I paid for. It?s not fair dominos charges me $5.59 fordelivery + tax + I tipped the guy not knowing what a mess I was getting. And he didn?t have a mask on. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got delivery and it took 1hr, mind you I live 6 mins away from this location. The... pizza came smashed and the cinnamon sticks had a piece taken off. I went to the store and made them redo the pizza. Why did Ieven bother? The pizza was not fully cooked, too much tomatoe sauce, the pizza broke easily, and they went ham on the cinnamonfor the cinnamon sticks! It was literally liquid of cinnamon. Everytime I order food from here is an issue, I?ve been having issue with this dominoes for over 6 years and they still don?t... close them down no matter how much complaints and bad reviews they get. Somehow the delivery person always gets lost and theyget mad when you try to get your money back for food that was never delivered. They get real rude and disrespectful and laugh inyour face about situations. I?ve had to go Into the location a few times to get my orders corrected and when you go they makeyou wait on purpose .
