Breads are baked until perfectly crisped all around- perfect to scoop grilled chopped liver. Chicken is grilled giving all corners deserved attention. Lamb is perfectly cookedwith bone in, kept hidden in simmering spices and unwrapped only for your pleasure. Rice itself deserves it?s own praise.
