I wrapped up a backpacking trip late, south of Jackson, and I wanted to grab some fresh hot food before my drive home to Utah.... There was nothing open or not reserved from the round about through the junction, so I headed toward Star Valley. I felt luckthat I found a place open after 8 on Saturday! I ordered me a couple shredded beef tacos and enjoyed some soda and chips andsalsa while I waited. The salsa wasn't my favorite, but those tacos ???? hit the spot! The beef had awesome flavor! Stopped here for the first time. Service was top notch, was really impressed with the servers, friendly and extremely helpful,... and food was really good! I would highly recommend stopping if you can. Don't leave without trying one of the "make in house"desserts! Read more
