Some of the employees at the store are incredibly rude their systems never seem to be working correctly they're always out of... basically everything and they just have no disregard for any kind of customer service and want to argue with you when theirsystems are messed up and try and put the blame on anyone else but themselves and like I get it they don't have any control overthe system but they do have control over the way they speak to people and when you are rude from the moment someone walks in itjust makes you not want to spend money at the place. Honestly the one on the loop is better and it's not that far away you'rebetter off going to any other Subway location or any of the other restaurants that are nearby because the employees and staffare just so incredibly rude and disrespectful that it's not worth it Read more
Neither the cook nor the store manager wanted to honor the advertised deal for sandwiches when I went there. Will not return... there. It looks that regular patrons have privileges over Subway's online customers. Disgusting is the lesser adjective I canpolitely say. Read more
Food was good but my in date coupon did not go through for me to receive my discount. Very disappointing when the coupon stated... expiration date 6-25-22 so why was the coupon denied. Read more

My daughter and I went to this particular Subway on Sunday, May 16, 2021 around noon. The gentleman who made our sandwich and... the lady that checked us out were wonderful! Previous Subway's I've gone into the worker's are very cold and matter of fact.Which I can understand especially if they are busy but it was so refreshing to have them actually chit chat with us and had agreat attitude. On top of the exceptional customer service and good sandwich, the establishment was very clean and updated! Fromthe outdated outside appearance you wouldn't think the inside would be so modern and updated but it was! We'll be back! Read more

She squash my sandwich she cut almost to the end of the sandwich when cutting in half and did not put spinach. With bad attitude... not even nice.
