I just heard about this a few days ago. I had been so excited to go. Went today to get lunch. Poor lady running it. Ordered 1... chicken quesidilla and 2 taco lunch 1 beef 1 chicken with carrots beans. 1. Tortilla roller was broke. 2 no charrobeans. 3.Couldn't make quesidilla because tortillas were tearing. I called in 4 bacon Q tacos and the woman on the phone told me it would be ready in 5 minutes. I get there about 5 minutes later... and the man at the counter said she never told him about a call in order, which i thought was odd but said ?okay thats fine illjust order now?, and told him my order. They make great taco's but I had ordered 6 Q-tacos and they added and charged me for bacon on all of them...I'm vegetarian.... Q-taco doesn't come with bacon. I never asked for bacon. They assumed, but sometimes like in this case, assuming was wrong. Read more
