Where do I began? This location is under new management now. Before, the chicken was always hot, but the professionalism was... not. Now, the service is better but my last visit I received SPOILED red beans and rice. As I ate it initially, I was thinking?did they switch up on the recipe?? Then, I gagged and realized that it was actually spoiled. I was so sick! Literally andfiguratively. I called the store about 6 times before they answered. Was put on hold and then forgotten about. I eventually hungup after about 20 mins. It?s just ridiculous. To think that they?re serving spoiled food, makes you wonder about qualitycontrol. I?d much rather a different restaurant take their place since they can?t seem to get their affairs in order. I?d alsolove to actually hear back from a manager, but I won?t hold my breath. Save yourselves the trip to the ER and eat somewhereelse. UPDATE: Out of lack of my better judgment, I thought I?d give them one more try. In pure Popeyes #3499 form, they didn?tfail to disappoint. Absolutely disgusting I asked for spicy white meat and this is what I get not to mention the whole meal is cold and we waited 20... minutes to get it just for them to forget things we ordered! Jan 2020 Waited in line for about 20 to 25 mins to get a pie for my wife. Get to the window and they are out of pies... All that... time for a lemon aid. I did realize that i review this place before... But this time in the drive thru (5.2020) there was not aline on arrival but 3 employees sat outside on a break... When i got to the window they asked me to pull forward and park. Thesame was ask of all other cars. Slowly all parking spots filled up and then cars started block in all the parked cars in parkingspots. About 10 cars where waiting for food because 3 employees all took a break at once. Horrible management! Just chaos andconfusion. Out of recipe paper,(no recipes) order bags (they use plain white bags), sandwich bags( I got a fish sandwich bag fora chicken sandwich) , and they forgot our drinks. Read more
Worst establishment!!! I tried giving this location various opportunities but it just seems like it keeps getting worse. Went... there a couple of weeks ago as I placed my order I asked the order taker to make some fresh chicken strips that I didn?t mindwaiting she said okay and asked me to pull to the front and that they would take my food out. I waited about 20 min finally Idecided to go inside and check on my order to my surprise they didn?t even remember me being outside waiting. They ended upmaking my order and when I got home the chicken strips were so old it was pointless me waiting outside for 20 min. I triedcalling the store about 10 times they never answered. Today again I went hoping that my experience will be better and as Ifeared the chicken strips were so old like they had been there a couple of hours. I tried calling the store and again no answer.I love Popeyes but someone needs to do something about this location! If I could put no stars I would! The first impression was the attitude I had with the lady on the microphone. It was 2106 when... we went to order and they had no chicken except for chicken breasts. We had our 5 kiddos with us that were tired and hungry. Ourexperience was absolutely horrid. Why have an attitude with customers. It?s unfortunate. We ended up spending 63.16 at adifferent restaurant due to the poor lack of customer service. I don?t know what a different customer may have done to upsetthis lady, but whatever it was.
