Rude manager, I had a mobile order at this location and apparently the order didn't come up. Instead of being nice and letting... me reorder it in person, they were so rude to me, told me I had the wrong location when I didn't and checked multiple times, andsaid that even if I showed them what I had on my phone they would not do my order. As usual I had to go to the other Jack because I drove down to the one on Seawall and even though again it said dining room... open, it wasn't. Door locked. You can't even sit outside because homeless people are taking up all the space. Very irritatedwith this same scenario as it was a few months back. I never like to eat where they don't seem to teach the employees how tomake the food. Again I always loved the Bonus Jack and two Monster Tacos, but you can't even get in to get them. This location is horrible. The guy taking orders this evening (Thursday 08/18/22) was poorly trained and was very rude. He... refused to take our order at the window, due to his inability to hear us at the drive through speaker. We had to sit in linewithout placing an order for 20 minutes. That?s unacceptable. And to the manager who will respond to this: You and your staffshould be fired for having no awareness of customer service, and not training your less than capable employees. All Jboxlocations in the La Marque/Tx City area are awful and disappointing, just like their uneducated employees and managers. Irecommend McDonald?s. This location is always decent for a fast drive thru. My orders always come out correct. It's never too busy and the food is... always hot. I dont know what the inside is like but the drive thru game is solid here. Read more
If I could give service negative stars I would. The employees are about as lazy as they come. They'll just straight ignore you... if you try to go in, they just hope you will walk out like I did. Stop giving this location your money. Clearly ownership,management, and employees arent wanting to make money. Read more
