I place a order at the dominoes on 3028 Palmer Hwy, I waited a hour to receive my order before I went to the store myself! When... I arrived they told me they didn?t have my order! So I drove to the next location which was the Dominoes on 8530 FM-1765, MARKalso told me he did not have my order and showed me that I placed the order at the store located on Palmer. I told him I washeading back to the other location And he quickly offered to make my order so I wouldn?t have to travel back to the other sideof town. There was a glitch online and that caused one of my large pizzas to be made with cheese and I don't eat cheese. I called the... location to communicate the issue and Mark handled it very well. He was very kind and patient and he listened to my concern. Wewere able to communicate and work it out and I'm very well pleased. He was very kind and professional. Thank you Mark for yourassistance today. I order often and I'm glad to know that my concerns are heard. It wasn't their fault also. It was an onlineglitch and he didn't accuse me of just trying to get a free pizza or something. He literally heard me out and for that, I'm sothankful. He thanked me for me being a loyal customer. Trash. I can see this location does not care about their reviews on google. Ordered carryout. Went to pickup. Noticed the order... was when I got home. Maybe a honest mistake. This would have been caught had the workers performed a quality check. Called thelocation back but they didn?t answer. Driving back to get the correct order. For free. Read more
