I ordered chicken and a pie. I didn't receive my pie. This location NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. N-E-VE-R It was late and I didn't... want to fo back out. The chicken had Absolutely No Seasoning applied. None. SMH I don't understand. Staff however was very nice.I understand that people forget but I just read another's rating and they did not receive their pie either. Not too often we are greeted with courtesy and respect nowadays. So to start,I was impressed. Young man was very articulate. And... the all the food was fresh. Biscuits were soooooo soft,WOW! I went last week and at first, I was like the service is excellent. Then, I got my order and I was disappointed. Churches has... the best apple pies but I like mine's with no icing. I ordered one and got home and no pie. They did not charge me for it but Iwas mad because I go to Churches for the pie and bombers. It would have been nice to know they did not want to make me a freshpie or were out rather than allowing me to drive off knowing I did not have the main thing I came there for. When that onemanager is there she knows me and makes sure I get my stuff just as I order it. Times are hard. I came in a ordered a number 4 chicken strips. I requested them cooked to order with mashed potatoes and fried okra. I also... requested brown gravy instead of white. I was informed that it came with white gravy so I explained that I do not like whitegravy and would prefer brown instead. I was charged .69 cents per scoop. After receiving my food I explained that my okra tastedburnt and asked if she would cook another batch and I was told no. The manager a Hispanic female with glasses refused to recookor replace the burnt order and very rudely said that's what it taste like around here. The guy at the window taking money never changed his gloves and is boxing up food with the same gloves he istaking money running his gloved hand that came straight from the register in the bag to open it up to place food in.
