My husband took my daughter to get some ice cream for a daddy/ daughter date. My 6 year old was so EXCITED for some ice cream,... and she's so independent she wanted to order herself; the lady working the drive thru tonight was so rude to her..."I can't hearyou.... speak up...." so even after the lady upset my daughter, my sweet hearted kiddo wanted to tip her, my husband agreed...the lady walked up to the window for 2 minutes, holding their ice cream while talking to a co worker... my kid was so happy totip her she insisted on giving her the tip herself... the lady got mad because she couldn't reach the money. To top it off...kiddo wanted cotton candy ice cream and the lady said they dont put chocolate on that kind if ice cream. Is there a reason forthat??? Read more
If you're wondering about the "not clean store" reviews, perhaps it's because the employees get out before the store is actually... supposed to close. We came at 9:30pm. Shake machine is "not working" which is code for "we cleaned it or at least shut it downearly to leave early". At 9:52pm they shut off the open sign and closed the drive through. At 9:58pm they were all in their carsdriving off. If you're closing time is 10, you shouldn't shut down until 10. If you close and then leave 6 minutes later, Idon't trust that you properly cleaned before leaving, especially after having several customers come through. We will not becoming back to this location. Love the Mint Chocolate Chip. Facility is ok, not sparkling clean. Staff ok. Ice cream great ! Plenty of parking.
Great selection of flavors for ice cream. I wish they had a few frozen yogurt options. They only had vanilla frozen yogurt.... They are a bit overpriced in my opinion. The Creole Cheesecake ice cream was so good. I had the Oreo Cake and it was a bit toosweet but still yummy. Read more
The only good thing about our experience (6/8/17) was the service from the lady that was helping us. She was genuinely very... nice. The quality on the other hand was completely something else. We got a Strawberry-Banana smoothie and the browniesundae. The smoothie had too much strawberry in it! They did offer to make it into a milk shake but they were completely outof vanilla ice cream. The brownie sundae - I have been sick since eating it. Signs of food poisoning... They were out ofalmost all of their ice cream, I could understand if we went on a Sunday or holiday weekend but not on a Thursday night I meancome on this is an ice cream shop you should have fishing quantity of the product that you specialize in selling. I seriouslydoubt that I will be returning to the store and will probably just make the longer drive to the nearest Cold Stone or DairyQueen. Read more
