Pretzel was good but pricey!

Love their snacks. Kids adore this places sad that they don't have one where am from anymore but still love it.

The pretzels were great but the service was ridiculous. We went 11-22-20 at around 1pm. The guy at the counter was incredibly... rude, clearly not wanting to be there. He took our order minimally. Didn't get the size correct, limited the options in flavorsand basically slammed our items onto the counter. While the food was exactly what I had hoped for the service was enough to keepme from returning. Read more
Pretzel bite peperonni pretzel were good, what lead to a 2 star was the employee that took my order. He was in a horrible mood,... I know sometimes people have bad days. But this man was just rude never did I receive basic good customer service. I think theyneed to rethink who they put on front to take orders. Read more
It was almost closing time so the mini dogs were kind of cold. The mini bites were good but they probably would have been better... being fresh. All in all it was ok. The employees were really nice. Just need to try it for yourself. Read more
