I usallually go to this one but today this lady was really mean I watched her remove chicken off bread and put it back in the... pan along with used bread that was in the toaster . I asked her if she had croutons for my protein bowel she said yes I askedher to add them in the bowel she said no and didn't add them she also charged me for a drink I had already paid for today'sinteraction has made me no longer eat here starting today I really wish they'd have nicer people to interact with.. Customer service isn?t great, but it?s not bad. Every time we go (morning, noon, or night), they don?t have any chocolate chip... cookies. Being pregnant, sometimes that?s all I want. Lol But it?s not too bad other than that. Read more
Food was great ... Service was poor. ..... We understand that staffing is a issue these days , but it is also not good business... to be rude to customers. It's not our fault that staff aren't at work or don't show up on time. It's none of my businessactually. I can in to get good for my family . So Subway train your people to leave it in the break room not on the service line. We will be back in time .. The place was really clean. Most of the people were freaking awesome. So kind and helpful. The person I believe was the manager... seemed a bit too tense. It wasn't busy enough to warrant the brusque attitude. The food was really good though. I wouldn'thesitate to go back. Read more
Ordered 2 footlongs I took My sandwich back because they didn't put pepperoni or bacon on it. When I got there they wanted to... take my sandwich and just add the pepperoni and bacon to it. No, you don't take someone's sandwich that they've taken home andthen just add what's missing! I asked for a new one to be made and when I got home half the bread was torn up and then when mymom started eating hers, her extra add on which was avocado wasn't even added. Fine. I understand people make mistakes but youwant to take my sandwich back and just add meat to it. That is unsanitary!!!!! Read more
