Everytime I come to the New Boston Rd. location, I try to order extra crispy chicken. They tell me it will be 30 minutes. ... Today, I ordered online and arrived 25 minutes later. They told me they didn't have the order yet and it would be 30 minutes. They didn't even have any customers here. I am mad and hungry. The don't prepare extra crispy ahead of time. Went to KFC on New Boston and I just love there drive thru person she is so nice and friendly. I got the three wings combo the... chicken was not good at all usually the food is good. I'm not sure what happened but KFC you dropped the ball on this order. Read more
