I have lived in the Texarkana area for the last 3 plus years and cannot believe no one ever told me about this place; I had to... find it by chance. I ordered their 16 oz ribeye steak and it was cooked medium rare to perfection. I also had a baked potato andgrilled brocolli plus a small tossed salad. There was nothing bad at all about any of it. The waitress gave excellent serviceand brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me. I plan to be here again soon. Wish I had found this place sooner. Only downside islimited hours and only open 4 days per week. Read more

Had the bacon wrapped filet, Cajun corn & broccoli. It was fantastic. The down home feel is refreshing, this is one of... Texarkana?s best kept secrets. Read more

Where do I start. This was the best food Ive had in years. It was recommended and I will definitely continue to spread the word.... I had the grilled salmon with dill sauce and my date had the ribeye. The bread pudding was the topper. The atmosphere wasamazing and the wait staff were prompt and professional. The choice of music was outstanding. We will definitely be back. Read more

Went on a Friday night. Don?t follow the hours listed on their website because they are incorrect. From the moment we sat down... we were being told, ?the kitchen is PROBABLY closing at 9:00, but I?m not sure. Sometimes they close it later, but I thinkthey?re closing it at 9:00.? So, going based off the hours on their website, we assumed they still closed at 10:00 but thattheir kitchen closed earlier. We got our orders in and our proceeded to have my brother?s birthday dinner. As a table, weprobably spent about $250 including the tip. Afterwards, we were sitting on the back patio finishing our drinks when someonecame out and told us we needed to leave. We were confused, as there should have been 15 more minutes until closing (We werestill unaware they closed at 9:00). The way he told us to leave was so patronizing and rude, I asked to speak to a manager onour way out. The manager acted exactly the same way (I wonder where his employee got the idea he could treat customers that way*sarcasm*). We won?t be back, which is a shame because we actually enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. A lot can be said abouta restaurant based on their customer service. This one deserves less than one star. The atmosphere is awesome! Very good wait staff. Drinks from the bar were well made. For a Friday night they got us in and out... quickly. However, DO NOT order the crawfish etouffee. They obviously have not been anywhere near the Atchafalaya and had anetouffee. This greasy watery mess needs to be taken off the menu. I will definitely go back but would stick to shrimp orsteaks.
