I placed an order for a fish sandwich dinner combo, which comes with 2 sides. When they delivered the order to my house, the bag... only contained the 2 sides and not the sandwich. I understand that mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant. They apologized,claimed they were busy, and said they would have another person come out and deliver it right away. I offered to come pick it upand they said no delivery would be easier because I was marked a delivery order. Almost 2 hours went by and nothing. I calledagain and said that I had been waiting for over 2 hours for a re-delivery. The woman said we’re busy and hung up on me. I wentdown there with my receipt and they claimed they sent a delivery person to my house so they couldn’t give me the sandwich.Complete waste- never again. Read more

Cashier was friendly. However when seafood plate order came out she complained to staff there was too much food in container for... her to close. I said if that's my order don't close container. It amazes me how many fried food places close container somoisture builds up and food get soggy. Anyway, a man reached in container, grabbed a bunch of onion rings and handed to a womanwho put back in fry basket. I said something to cashier that they just took part of my order and she said it was because shecouldn't close container. She then proceeded to close container and put rubber band on it to keep closed, despite my request. Itold her I'm not happy about what they did and would be first and last time there. So they gyp people of order quantity becausethey can't close container instead of laying food down flatter to fit? Read more
Love the food here, THEY EVEN HAVE A DRIVE-THRU -downside of it, it's quite a wait time to get your food. Make sense, seeing as... it's not a fast food chain like McDonald's or wendys, but takeout restaurant. Prices are great for the amount of food you get. Read more
Food was pretty good. We ordered captain’s platter. The food portion was small for $38. The shrimp was one of the best ones... I’ve ever had. I liked the fish too. However the place was filthy and it did not smell well. It killed my appetite. I couldenjoy better if I was at my home eating the same food. Read more

So today I ordered a "Jimbo's Style Pizza" which comes with spinach, feta, onions, mozzarella, spiced meat, and Alfredo sauce. I... ordered from Jimbo's a week ago and the food was pretty good so perhaps today was a speedbump but it was one hell of aspeedbump. I'm staying at the Holiday Inn in Tewksbury. Last week they came to my door. Today I received a call asking to meethim out front. Okay it's Friday, perhaps they're busy. I'll let that slide. He reaches into the back seat and hands me a dented"in the top" pizza box and not wearing a face mask. Personally I'm not concerned with the facemask because I have mine on but ifyou work with food perhaps you should follow Massachusetts law but I'm not a politician so I'll get back to the food review. Iget my food into my room and here's where my pizza fell off the train tracks. The amount of grease on the TOP of the pizza boxwas insane. I expect a little grease on the bottom of the box but not the top. I will enclose photos. I asked for a little extracrispy crust and that was ignored. The worst part of the pizza was the "spiced meat" which the girl said was a combination oflamb and hamburger which she stated is what they add into their Gyro's. The meat while spicy was dry as could be. I dropped apiece into the pizza box and it made a thud sound. That's how stiff the meat was. Also the onions were RAW. I did receive thepaper plates, oregano and hot pepper that I asked for which was nice. This will be my first and only time ordering Pizza fromJimbo's. Perhaps their signature food is their roast beef and subs. I will NEVER order pizza from here again. So my first orderwas good last week, this one was awful, you get one more chance Jimbo's so I hope you learn from this post because I will postmy next meal on here as well. The top roast beef in the region. Roast beef piled high on an onion roll with a wonderful sauce. Friendly staff. Excellent... variety of food. The subs might use more meat, but they are still tasty. Read more
