This was my 1st time ordering from Jade East. It was recommended by a Tewksbury local. I will only give them 3 stars this... time. I found the food to be mediocre and over priced. Along with my order of a combination dinner and a small side ofvegetables, I separately ordered 2 cans of soda. I was charged $7.00 and change, for just the 2 cans of soda/ ginger ale! Whogouges their customers like this and thinks that that customer will be returning any time soon? I am hoping that this was a badnight for this place and not their standard way of doing business. Absolute Garbage dog food. This place has gone down hill and there are so many better quality Restaurants in the area. Had lunch... here today with a coworker and the food was tasteless, cold and fatty. They are on my PERMENENT banned list effectivemediately... waste of my hard earned money... Went here for my daughters birthday. We were sat quickly and they took our order pretty quick too. The food also came out quick... and was delicious. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice if they gave bags with the to-go containers so wedidn't have to juggle all of them. We had left over from 2 pupu platters and rice and noodles and the containers were half sizeso it was hard to carry all of them. They also have plenty of parking. Read more
I honestly would not give one star. (-10) stars The food was absolutely horrendous. Food came out cold the breaded chicken... fingers was still raw with batter oozing out. The beef teriyaki the thinnest meat but yet still not cooked, lobster sauce smeltlike a foot . Shrimp smelt beyond fishy like old fish. I order the ? Diamond head ? it was a puddle of garbage lobster was notfresh, the pork was dry and not tasty at all? for 30 dollars I wouldn?t give away to a homeless person. Order a side of beef andbroccoli it was the most heinous thing I ever smelt and tasted ..The meet smelt and tasted like it?s a month old. all the foodwas just bland and gross I am on the toilet right now writing this review. We wanted to celebrate my girls birthday I didn?teven want to let them know that . I have seen enough!! Life long family favorite. Very consistent in quality and service. Bartenders are great drinks are killer.
