Very bad! This place was closed for a while with NO SIGNS and people would pile up in the drive through and wait and honk... forever. Pretty inconsiderate of a business, the gas station was open and nobody thought to grab a post it note or a piece ofpaper to stick in the drive through? Before they were closed I tried to go there multiple times and just had people tell me?I?ll be with you in a minute? and they never got back to me even after I tried getting some attention. Drove up to the windowto see everyone inside messing around. I?ve pulled up before and just not had anyone say anything. Then pull up and seeeveryone inside doing nothing. Or see people inside with headphones on listening to music I?ve ordered and pulled up and hadpeople forget about me SITTING AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. I?ve only successfully been served twice at this location eventhough I?ve been more than a dozen times, those 2 times my order was partially or completely wrong. I will never return to thislocation, I live right across the road and I will drive further to avoid this location. Not like Dunkin? Donuts cares about me,but its definitely a bummer for me to live right across from a Dunkin? and have to drive further away just to get a coffee. I?mpretty unhappy with this location, but most just sad about how much extra work this is for me n Someone please look at thislocation, it?s a dumpster fire. Read more

Arrive at 5:35 at drive thru no response! Call out to speaker no response! Drive up to window and beep horn, clerk is sitting in... front of window playing on phone!! I beep the horn and was ignored. Beep again she finally puts phone down and unlocks window.She states that they are closed I say it says you are open till 6pm? Her comment is, well yes but I close it down at 530 so Ican do my closing stuff. I ask if that includes ignoring customers and playing on her phone! So rude! This is ourfuture....scary indeed! Worst customer service ever, we were driving thru from out of state and the cashier DT AM D was so rude and disrespectful, when... we asked if they had certain items, she said ?If you read the menu you would see we don?t have sandwiches!? The cafe is located inside speedway convenience store. The coffee taste is good. Staff are friendly. Has a drive thru window.
