The owner started... telling me all the items he does in house, and you can tell there is a passion for ingredients going into the sandwiches. Two stars for the incredibly pleasant workers. The food, unfortunately, was beyond awful. I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken... sandwich. I love the braided rolls they use, but the chicken was clearly cooked in grease SO OLD that it?s flavor overpoweredeverything and made it taste disgusting. I had to throw it away as it was impossible to choke down. The curly fries wereliterally all stuck together in one greasy clumped heap. Shocked they?d serve up food like that. I had such high hopes for this place, with such a small menu I thought the quality would therefore be the focus. Sadly, I was mistaken. I won?t be back. Torespond to your reply. The food was fantastic. One of the best chicken parm sandwiches I have ever had. It was real chicken breast that was breaded by... the restaurant. The portion was huge. The sauce had chunks of tomato. My daughter ordered a pepperoni pizza which she loved. Ihad leftovers which were delicious. My other daughter loved her hot veggie sandwich. Came here with my family of four and my two nephews because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh... and delicious and the service was amazing!! The owner and older guy were so so nice! We felt so comfortable while we enjoyed thedelicious food! I had the cubano sandwich, yummy! Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Finally, something fresh and new in Tewksbury! Everything we tried was delicious, and you could taste the quality of the... ingredients. Prices were fair for the area. It was refreshing seeing certain items on the menu you don't typically find out here(pizza french fries! steak and gravy sandwich!) while still offering plenty of expected classics you'd look for at a local pizzaand sub shop. Not to mention local, homemade pasta from Brookline, MA. We tried the antipasti salad, chicken wings with mapleand sriracha glaze, grilled chicken and pesto sub, and the fried raviolis. We have only tried the turkey and Italian sandwich (on multiple occasions) but we LOVE both! My personal favorite is the turkey-... I could eat it every single day. The braided roll is fresh, turkey is plentiful, and the crispy bacon is the perfect addition.Excited to try their pizza soon! Read more
