We don't usually visit this store but our usual store was out of cold brew. When I tried to call to see if your store had it,... your phone was not working. We figured we could go and at least get chocolate fudge if no cold brew was available. When wearrived, your very rude employee told us that you didn't have either chocolate fudge or cold brew. Not that you were out. I gotthe impression that she didn't feel like doing anything. She absolutely did not feel like being polite or professional. When Iinformed her that we tried to call, she didn't seem to care and I was very rudely told " uh-huh, sorry about that."
