Took over 30 minutes to get our order. As someone from Nevada I was really excited to finally try it. Just to be extremely... disappointed. There is absolutely NOTHING special about it. In N Out is way better. The staff was very friendly and apologeticfor the wait but it wasn't enough. I'll never go back again and I will always recommend AGAINST friends and family trying it andwasting their money. To be fair, my wife enjoyed her meal. Read more
I'd give them 5 stars except the drive thru speaker is so hard to hear it's beyond annoying lol. Everything is is great at this... location but please upgrade that drive thru speaker haha. Then you'll have my 5 stars! Read more
Needed a quick stop for a late dinner after picking my husband up from the airport. I had recently had a burger from a store in... Flint TX that was delicious. This store, however, is off my list forever. There were only 2-3 customers in the store when we gotthere and very few in the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers, fries and onion rings Everything was cold, dry andlacked flavor. We ate it but I wish we would have said something right after we were served and noticed it didn?t taste good.After I finished I walked to the bathroom and noticed the girl doing the French fries had about 20 fries prepped and ready togo! No wonder they dry out. I will not go back to this whataburger ever. I?d rather finish my drive home hungry. Good riddance! Read more
Incredibly slow. Zero sense of urgency. Every order was an inconvenience for the staff. Manager was within sight, but not... helping. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 French fry. I waited 20 minutes inside and they weren't busy. Visited 8/21/2022 Read more
I am rating this with one star because I can't do any less than that, otherwise I would be rating a negative five for the sheer... ignorance and stupidity of the workers at this Whataburger in Terrell Texas. It can't be very hard to hit the correct buttonwhile listing to the customer order their food!!! Not only did we wait forever for five meal, but not one out of the five wereright. This place is terrible... may as well go next door to the Dairy Queen and save yourself some time. Read more
The staff was courteous! But, it took a super long time to complete our order. (Even longer than other Whataburgers.) Didn't... include or even offer ketchup. The biggest aggravation was that the menu shows 2 burritos on the breakfast combo. Only comeswith one. #falseadvertising Read more
Unacceptable service! I was told the wait was going to be 10 minutes upon making my order. To be honest I knew probably take... slightly longer than that. I was okay because in my head my food is going to be hot and fresh worth the wait. I waited a littleover 30 minutes with several vehicles getting out of line. I'm thinking that's wrong because they're making these orders andwill have to trash it. Man, I wish I would've followed the leader and left too. Once I got to the window I let them know theorders in front of mine both vehicles left. Then I asked the lady, I hope my food is fresh after waiting so patiently long. Shesaid yes it's fresh. (name for the order is under Seth B, and date was 10-22-2022 between 12:40-12:50 AM) Need management to enforce ACCURATE pick up... times for mobile orders. Don't need the app telling me 6-9 minutes and my wife and I have to wait almost 30 minutes afterpromised time. I understand how this system works, the longer an order remains "queued", will have a negative impact on theperformance for the location. This should not be attempted to be covered up by non-transparency in regards to the fact that theyare short staffed and are pushing orders thru the "queue" where they appear to be ready, even when they are not. Highlydisappointed. Will make sure myself and everyone else I know stops using the worthless app, since it makes no difference in theexperience. You will STILL have to deal with poor customer service and horrible wait times. Especially if you ordered ahead andthought by some chance your order would get taken care of BEFORE the random 7-8 drive thru customers and 4-5 walk ins who camein AFTER you.
