Employees were quick but lacked any interaction. I ordered a BMT salad. I got everything I asked for BUT it was half a salad. ... The bowl wasn't even half filled. Obviously it had all the right meat as they are premeasured by sandwich but it had hardly anylettuce and spinach and veggies. My fault for not paying attention after I told her what I wanted but I don't have that problemat the other Terrell location on Moore Ave. I will not go back here and I will stick to the other location. The web site says open 24 hours. I live near by and frequent the terrell location often so i know they close at 9. Im here at... 8:22 and no one is there. Everything food wise still out. Gas station attendant goes to the back to let them know they havecustomer. Still no one comes. She goes again and comes back and informs me the girl said shes closed. I argue that its only 822and all the food is still out not put away in any fasion. She goes back again and the girl finally emerges just long enough toshow her annoyance and tell me shes closed up. Shes been there since 6am. Very rude and un professional. I know these reviewsdont matter what so ever but it makes me fell like i prewarned you about this location. Read more
This place has the worst employees here there very rude , I came here to get a 6inch sandwich for free with a purchase of a 30... oz drink and they told me they couldn't do it because it was not on the computer, and they acted like they didn't want to helpme the employee mocked me when I told her I was going to call the manager in the morning these employees need to learn to treatthere costumers with respect! We were highly impressed with the young man behind the counter. Took great pride in his work. "He's just a sandwich man" no... he's not. He took an extra split second to make sure the sub wasn't going to be messy when we got home and opened it. Eventhough nobody would see inside the bread after he was done making it, he still made it like it was going to be seen by anaudience. He was very nice and respectable as well. It's hidden behind lots of merchandise in the store. Employees are shared with other cash registers so have patience. Nice... little tables outside for two. We ate at a table in the Denny's next door. It worked because they weren't crowded. RussellStover's has company operated outlet store next door in back. Read more
