I haven't had Freddie's in years and was so excited when I saw one in Terrill. Still some of the best steak burgers ever. The... service was fast and friendly for a busy, rainy Sunday. The young lady who helped us in the drive thru was very patientconsidering my 2 year old screamed most of the time we were placing our order. Our order was correct but the fries were cold andstale. I drove 15 miles for this place and 15 miles back home just to be disappointed. I ordered three burgers and only one of them was... correct. They had everything on them EXCEPT for what I asked for. The onion ring containers literally contained only 7 onionrings and only like 3 of them were big, the others were tiny. And the order looked threw together. We had to wait 10 minutes inthe parking lot for our food after ordering in the drive thru, which I don?t understand why because the staff inside wasliterally standing around the drive thru window doing absolutely nothing. 35 miles and $38 later, I basically paid for nothing.I contacted them through their contact page and still haven?t heard anything back yet. And the links that were posted in otherpeoples reviews isn?t working for me. I also sent them pictures along with my receipt for proof and haven?t heard anything backfrom them. Ordered the Original Double Steakburger and a Mini Chocolate Malt. I really like the crunchy edges of the meat patties. The malt... was good too. It was very chocolatey and the perfect size. Could've used a little more malt flavor but still a yummy treat. Myhusband ordered a side of chili and it was completely cold like it was straight out of the fridge...
