This place has went downhill. I don't know if they are under new management or what. Only one server running around trying to do... everything. That's why I gave 2 stars. My marinara sauce was old and thick. I could stand my spoon straight up in it. Manager orowner needs to get out there and help! Until it changes we won't be back. Read more
I have frequented this place often over my last 12 years out here. Dennys has greatly declined over time yes but it has... literally hit rock bottom. The new manager is terrible. He's very unprofessional and seems to not care that his store is goingdownhill. We were there from 1130 til almost 2pm waiting to be waited on for almost an hour before anybody greeted us and thatwas only for our drinks. It took another 30 minutes to get our order in and then finally after another 30 minutes waiting on ourfood they tell us there's no dishes and they were washing. Finally our food comes out and there's half our order missing. I toldthe manager about everything and he told me he was going to fire our waitress...WHAT?! I'm telling YOU what your store isdoing...bad management leads to bad employees. SMH. Anyways this place is now trash. I would recommend you stay far away fromthis place. Hands down the nastiest restaurant and terrible service I've had in Terrell. Read more

I give this place ?????. This place has to be the Best Denny's in the whole country. The whole place runs so smoothly, every... single one of your staff is great from the little whirlwind server Melodie to the Old dude, bus boy that could out shine anyyoungster. To the wonderful night cook that know to make it just right and gives you a wink at the same time. It was trulyentertaining watching these people work so well together as a team. And also we end up eating there 3 times that day. Breakfastwas perfect. My husband needed more cheese sticks and I had the Best Cobb salad/ chicken that would rival any 4 starrestaurant. This Dennys has TERRIBLE customer service. My family and I came in for a Sunday meal and our waiter Jackie immediately started... things off wrong. It took 15-20 minutes for her to even acknowledge our table. She finally comes over, we order our drinks andmeals since we had plenty of time to look over the menu. About 5 minutes after we gave her our selections she comes back withthe receipt lays it on the table and then leaves. I have never seen that happen at any establishment I?ve ever been to. It takesanother 30 minutes for our food to come ( between us waiting, inquiring and insisting we don?t want cold food.) The food comesand what do you know. One meal is totally cold, one meal the fries are cold and I have no meal at all. At that point my sisterinforms Jackie the waitress that she doesn?t want the food and Jackie snatches the plate off of the table and the receipt takesit back to the kitchen and says she doesn?t care. We asked for the manger he comped the meal minus the drinks. While we were atthe counter to pay for the drink another patron of this fine establishment asked another waitress about the wifi and she got anattitude with the customer and shrugged her shoulders with a cold attitude and asked him what did he ?want her to do about it.?All in all this place needs a new manger or the waitresses need some additional training in customer service and we won?t beback and I suggest no one else comes here. There was only one guy on the floor taking orders, running cash register, serving drinks and food. I would give this guy 4 stars... as he was working his but off. Food was good and reasonable. Read more
I noticed they had a birthday special where they gave you a free breakfast platter I noticed they had a special on their nachos... appetizer and I got something else that was on special but since I had one on special they wouldn't give me the other thing onspecial so that was kind of a retail rip off Doe Read more
They were very friendly and did not have to wait to much. Smiling faces made it completely warming. I had a great overview.... Fast and friendly service. I will be returning again. Read more
