Don't go friday nights, it's just a bunch of kids that are just messing around in the kitchen and Manager was not even... managing. Restaurant was extremely dirty, not even in the seating area, but also in the kitchen - floors we're sticky, bunch oftrash on the floor and also under the counters. The drive-thru was quick, with two ordering booths, service was quick and like an assembly line, order, pay, pick up.
So I ordered a coffee, poutine and a BigMac and at the takeout cashier, they told me the total was 20+$. Ok, weird, but maybe... the poutine was more expensive than I thought. When I move forward to get my order they tell me I have all of the above + amuffin (or something like that) and I'm like no, I didn't order a muffin. The girl at that window insisted that I should pay(again... what?) and after arguing back and forth a few times I was like ok, I'll pay the 18$, maybe they'll cancel the previoustransaction. They did not. I got charged twice.... When I drive out of the McDo, the first turn I make the whole bag tumblebecause they had put the big poutine box above the small BigMac box. Then when I get home, I realize the coffee had 3 milksand a sugar, when I ordered 1 milk (no sugar). I don't know what was going on that day, but it was a real disaster. I calledcorporate to complain, hoping only to get a refund on the double transaction. They told me they couldn't do anything themselves,but they would have the manager of that branch call me. I don?t know what happened but I got my quarter pounder without meat?
