Decent experience at a McDonald's in Canada.
I don't like the self-serve kiosks, they're always lineups, people waiting everywhere. All they need to do is pay to put some... cashiers instead they're just screwing the customers to do the jop of the cashier. Read more

Don't dare talk to an employee who hasn't punched their time card. They'll rudely cut you off mid-sentence to tell you that... they're not working even if they're behind the counter in uniform. I think their manager should explain to them that REGARDLESSof their time card, they should smile and be helpful to customers because they represent the company when they're on thepremises and in uniform. The Grand Angus Carolina BBQ recipe is amazing with a good flavor mix and crunchy onions adding variety to the burger.
I come here quite often as I work nearby. Its a gamble to get fresh food or coffee. Staff is questionable. Rarely are you gonna... get fast and efficient employees during rushes. Absolutely disgusting experience. Poor food quality, lousy and inattentive staff who don?t seem to care about a thing. Very... unprofessional and unpleasant. And the most dirty, gross and messy environment I have seen in my life-floors were sticky andgreasy, food leftovers were everywhere. We were the only people eating inside at a certain point and all the tables around uswere messy. Actually I accidentally put my elbow into grease that was not cleaned from the previous customers and ruined mysweatshirt. Toilets were dirty, beverage station was a horror movie. The food was not at all McDonald?s quality and standards.Tray was dirty and greasy, obviously never washed, sandwiches were so dry and cheese not melted. Soft drinks felt different andthe fries clearly had burnt, smoked grease aftertaste. Absolutely not worth a dollar, not to mention we paid 51$. Will write acomplaint to MacDonalds Canada. This should not have place in your company. Employees are using the dining room as their hangout place, smashing fries around the floor and kicking beverage caps and packaging on the floor. One guy (who was obviously tootired to clean the premises), literally kicked fries under the bench and laid down (like took a completely horizontal position)to talk over the phone. He wore cook shoes and came from over the counter. Then another girl joined him at that table. This ishorrible! Nothing is ever cleaned at this location! Zero standards, zero quality and zero joy for our family for the moneyspent. I made plenty of pictures and videos and will definitely forward them to McDonald?s Canada. Read more
