Have you ever believed that everyone deserve a second chance? Well, so did I. Placed an order for delivery last Sunday at 2pm... with ETA 3pm. Waited until 3:30 before calling in and asking for my order. They had the order and said that delivery personwould come in at 4 and then they'd start delivering. Since it was close to 4 I decided to wait. Came 5PM my food was still notdelivered. Called in again and after 10 minutes someone picked up the phone and said that my order was supposed to be deliveredat 6 (????) but they could send it "now". Food came in, cold, beverages were room temperature. At least the order was ok, unlikethe first time I ordered over there which was completely wrong. So yeah, if you, like me, believe in second chances, this placeisn't one you should give one. Read more
Probably the worst KFC I have ever gone to. No ice for drinks. Drinks were warm. The kids said it doesn't taste right. You... expect that Kentucky taste.. also my kid ordered a poutine and after we got the food the girl at the cash said "sorry, we haveno forks or spoons" so I said how are they supposed to eat it? Reply? With their hands.. pretty bad when a place has no forksand tell you to eat with your hands. So yeah this one is my number one worst KFC. The second one is the one in dorion. okay so honestly this restaurant in particular was really bad... first impressions is that the tables were not cleaned. then... after i went ahead and got my soda, turns out there was no ice in the machine and the soda had no fizz, which probably meansthat the sodas are more than a day old. next i finally had my meal and well the chicken was definitely undercooked. it wasntbleeding, but it made me sick and nauseous after eating. would not recommend this to anyone. Terrible Terrible Terrible and very expensive. The chicken was extremely dry, service was rude, the family fry box was almost... empty (see picture), and the sandwich was 90% bread with a very small piece of chicken. It cost $50 for what you can see in thepictures (bucket of chicken, fries, 1 sandwich and bread). This KFC is flavorless, with small portions and very rude service!Will never be back. Read more
I placed a mobile order and went inside the restaurant to pick up my order. I waited over 30 minutes, only to discover later... that they forgot to pack several items. Just terrible. Also, during my long wait, I noticed that they do not wear gloves whilepreparing your food and that their restaurant could use a good clean up. Read more

Google says it opens at 10h, them 10h30. You know, it happens. But even in the "true" opening hours, the doors stays locked, no... one to answer and anything even at 11h. You are better eating someplace else than this establishment. Read more
