Very disappointed in our experience at this Wendy's. Horribly understaffed (no fault of the workers there) but waiting 25... minutes for a fast food meal is unacceptable. Restaurant stunk like old fryer grease and there wasn't ice for the drinks at thedrink station. Read more
(Update I now have Covid!!!!!!) Visited this Wendy?s location today. Placed an order? So I then drove up to the window to pay. I... order quite a few meals thought to myself ?shouldn?t this order cost more?? (Of course it should have costed more)! Cashierworking in the drive through said absolutely nothing to me upon pulling up to the window. I said ?could you repeat my order tome? he just started at me for at least 3 minutes? I was just confused, it seemed to me that he was being rude not evenAcknowledging me being at the window asking a simple question! Not to even mention that I ordered Diet Coke (and receivedREGULAR COKE? this spiked my blood sugar!) I did not know I received regular coke until i was 15 minutes down third street! Wheni arrived home I began eating and realized that?s there we?re multiple hairs in my food. It?s been at least five hours since Iate and I?m not feeling well! Stopped today for breakfast, ordered Bacon Chicken Croissant and Seasoned Potatoes. The chicken was not fresh (made at least... yesterday) seasoned potatoes tasted like fried fish and burnt oil. Will not be eating at this location again. Read more
Dirty bathroom and dining room. Wendys needs to take care of their employees and stop running short staffed. Because that is... definitely the issue here not lazy employees. The employees were busy. And the food was good. Read more
You cannot beat Wendy's Chocolate Frosty. Had to get a large for my daughter just after having wisdom teeth pulled. A delicious... cook treat after a painful procedure. While there, dad got to enjoy a bowl of chili. Wendy's never disappoints. Read more
I typically don't rate fast food since you probably know it already or can try for cheap. However this was a nice visit because... of the staff. I noticed they were keeping everything clean, including picking up litter from the parking lot. Read more
I went here with my daughter-in-law and my twin girls twin girls we end up sitting outside because as we walked in the door our... feet stuck to the floor the tables were dirty and we almost didn't order our food because we are we were afraid of how dirty itwas the food got there to us I asked for no lettuce and we end up having to scrape lettuce off my food but I wasn't going backinside to get new food so we sat in the car and ate food. It could use a lot of cleaning they spent a lot of time in the backtalking and joking around while we were trying to wait for our food it took a little bit for them to realize we were standing inthe dining room waiting for help.
