We had the Butler's Pantry cater our Mom's celebration of Life event and could not have been happier. The food was delicious,... fresh and beautifully presented. The portions were large, so we did not run out of food and had plenty of left-overs. Wechoose the Indiana barbecue and were blown away with the smoked brisket, chicken and the amazing sauces that accompanied them. My brother, who is an award winning barbecue contestant, said it was some of the best smoked meat he has eaten. Although I'mgenerally not a baked beans or slaw fan, their tri-color baked beans and harvest slaw were in a class of their own, and I was soglad we had some left to enjoy the next day. Thank you Chef Kris and team for a wonderful way to celebrate our Mom with familyand friends. Your professionalism, culinary genius and elegant presentation were exactly what we were looking for.
