The cupcakes we tried were chocolate, wedding cake, and cookies and cream. They were all delicious. I also tried the chocolate... cookie with icing in the middle and I think it was awesome! Wonderful flavor. I just walked in and picked out some cupcakes for a party. Big hit. I heard "these are just delicious," more... than once from each person. Also, several compliments on the presentation of the cupcakes, especially the "gold flakes andsparkles." Variety of flavors and all were enjoyed. So I ordered my wedding cake through Tiers of Elegance and although it was beautiful (which is why it?s getting 2 stars instead... of 1), it was the wrong flavor and I didn?t notice until we cut into it at the wedding and it was too late. I ordered red velvetwith cream cheese icing, which we were really excited about because we absolutely loved that flavor in our sample box, and wegot just a basic white cake with plain vanilla icing. Not only was the flavor of the cake and the icing wrong, but thecommunication is horrible. It took 2-3 weeks to get anyone to respond to me through email almost every time I tried to reachout, which was soooo frustrating. Again, the cake itself was pretty, but I wouldn?t go through Tiers of Elegance again givenpoor communication and the fact that I paid $73 for a small 6? cutting cake that was the wrong flavor. I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughters birthday. It was so cute and everyone thought it was delicious. The only thing I was... disappointed in was not having the proper box to transport it home. While the lady was rigging a box up for us to bring it home,she accidentally hit the side of the cake with the stapler and damaged the icing. For the price I paid for the cake, this wasdisappointing. They didn?t offer to fix it or offer to knock some of the price off. We have ordered tiered cakes from otherplaces and they came in a proper box for the type/size of cake. For the price of the cakes at Tiers of Elegance, I don?t think aproper fitting box is too much to ask for. We will still order again but the next time, I?ll make sure ahead of time that thisisn?t an issue. Read more
