I had one of those "have to have it" moments last week, so I ordered two meals to go. While waiting in the lobby, I observed... hosts, hostesses, and servers interacting with each other and with patrons in a positive, friendly, professional manner. I wasespecially impressed to see a young host comfortably striking up a conversation with an elderly couple, which reinforced eitherexcellent training, excellent character, or both! Was pleasantly surprised that the food here was better than it had been on previous visits so that was good. And the service was... good (but not great) too. But MAN! .. THE PRICES! ... WOW! ???? ... they have gone through the roof .. ???? ... Really makes ithard for seniors like us on a fixed income. Love Red Lobster! Their Salmon New Orleans is simply amazing. They used to have tiny shrimp in the sauce but now they have the... larger shrimp which is much meatier. Of course the garlic cheese rolls, well you can't eat just one, just say'in.??. Therestaurant's convenient location is located right off of State Road 41 in front of the Haute Center Mall. Read more

Ordered To Go and half of food was missing. Cooks don't know the difference between medium and well done apparently. Best part... was the biscuits, they were still warm after a 3 minute drive back home. Don't order To Go, seems they need micromanaged,, atleast that way you won't feel robbed knowing you spent $80 or more for 2 people for half of what's owed. Read more

ZERO STARS! Called to reserve a table for 7pm. Arrived at 6:42pm let the hostess know we had arrived she told us 15 to 20... minutes. At 7:15pm we are still not seated and our explanation we received from the hostess table is that they "assigned us aspecific table and obviously can't change the plan" meanwhile everyone else that is walking in is getting seated. Needless tosay I will not be returning to Red Lobster ever again. I'm not particularly sure why the staff couldn't rearrange the tables toseat us on time. In my opinion it's not that difficult. The rest of my party enjoyed their meal. Mine was wrong they tried to rectify it quickly maybe too quickly. Middle of lobster... had ice in it (lobster pasta not Alfredo) I had to send it back so they decided to try again for me as a take home but when Igot home to eat it was lobster Alfredo.
