Reviews for Penn Station East Coast Subs in Terre Haute, IN
First timer. Sandwich was good, had a Rueben. Bread was soft, wish it had a good toast to it. Will try again
Tables sticky, servings were smaller than usual portions, salad not fresh, not a good value for price
Penn station has my favorite French fries. The chocolate chip cookies are great.
Food was good but it took a long time to get 2 subs and a large fry. Service was very slow
The food is always delicious; however, the last time I came into Penn Station on Wabash in Terre Haute, it was like 90 degrees!!... I started sweating as soon as I walked in. The workers said the AC stopped working awhile ago and they were waiting for someoneto fix it. You should be paying your workers double pay for working in these conditions!! Read more
I used to really like penn station, but my last experience ruined it for me. I ordered a Create your own Dagwood, and ordered... Pepperoni, Bacon, Lettuce , sauce and cheese. The employee behind the counter must've not been able to hear my order correctlyover the airpods in her ears, as all I received was a piece of Bread with a slice of unmelted cheese. I am disappointed with theservice, and hope it returns to acceptable standards in the near future Read more
I am so very disappointed! I stopped in to get a wrap and a small fry to go. I had a promo code for the wrap but I was not told... 5hat it was already applied. So I asked for it and got snipped at. Employee apologized but that was not the point. Someone whogot there after me and ordered afrer me got their food before me. No big deal. When I finally got to eat my meal 6 hrs later(after they were closed) I found out that 1 they made me a sandwich not a wrap. 2 I have no onions or mushrooms. I asked forboth. Got neither. Asked for mayo too. No mayo. Worst experience EVER! I don't think i will ever get my food to go again. Or atleast check before I leave. Read more
