It was a simple order... or so I thought. 2 fish, fries, root beer. Also, 2 hamburger patties (nothing else) for the dog. What... we got was 1 fish sandwich with enough tartar sauce to drown in. The other fish sandwich had 2 patties and a big pile of lettuce(never had one with lettuce on it). The fries were nice and hot. The hamburger patties...... well, we got a bun with a patty init. It was a dark and stormy night! Just kidding.... There seemed to be a bit of a delay in the drive thru at 12:30am on a Wednesday... morning. I placed a mobile which helped a lot. No real issues. The delay was very temporary and the line started moving quickly.It's much faster here than the store on US 41 and Poplar. Read more
My grandaughter and I were caught in the downpour today in Terre Haute, so we pulled into the Wabash McD's to wait it out. We... were soaked to the skin just running the 20 ft to the door. When we got inside and ordered, I realized I had left my wallet inthe car. The guy ringing us up, DANIEL, said he would never send someone back into the downpour and used his debit card to payfor our order! What an extraordinary young man! When the rain slowed, I did run the money back in for him, but he was gone. Ileft it with the manager to make sure he would receive it. Read more

The organization and service at this location always has been below par, but this day was terrible. There are several issues... that need addressed. Food Safety: Not one single person in the kitchen area was wearing a hair net and most weren't wearinggloves. When asked about the hair nets, I was told that the visor hats were sufficient. Some of them had hair exploding outeverywhere. Customer Service: Most of the people there did not want to be there and complained about their jobs constantly. One individual even used foul language. Order Accuracy and Prep: One of my items was a triple cheeseburger. When I opened it,I found it just thrown in there. See the picture. They also forgot my picante sauce for the burritos and gave me hot mustardsauce. And this issue happens a lot. I give this location too many chances, and this was the last one, especially with thehair and the hats. I won't go there again. Read more
The staff is friendly and the food you receive is the quality you expect from a McDonald's. It has a long wait, but that is... expected at a very busy store. The problem is they seem to always be out of half the menu or the machine to serve it is broken.They have been out of orange juice for 9 months and the machine to serve specialty coffee has been broken for over 6 months.
