I?m not sure why this place has such low reviews but my daughters and I went yesterday afternoon after dinner to ?try out? their... cookies. Yes the parking is very scarce so I understand that low review part but what do you expect from a downtown store? Asfor the cookies, I thought they were delicious! They were fresh and we warmed them up when we got back to our hotel. I don'tfind they were overpriced for the quality. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean and cute. Yes there is limitedseating for staying. But again, it?s a downtown location. I would definitely go back and maybe try the ice cream with thecookies! Read more
chick refused to deliver up to a hotel room and just left our cookies at the front desk without talking to the clerk. the... cookies we got tonight weren't even fresh, they were hot around the outside edges like they had been microwaved. stilldisappointed I tipped 20% for my cookies to be abandoned on a counter for anyone to pick up. seems like this place is scared ofhotels because no other delivery service in town has had a problem delivering directly to my hotel room. had a similarexperience a few years ago at the same location when a driver just sat outside my house, texted me, waited 5 minutes, then leftand told me they cancelled my order. I think the management is bad and doesn't train people. doordashing a pack of easybakefrom wal-mart is just as expensive as getting cold cookies from these guys. Read more
First off, parking is horrible. There are literally no places to park. Their curbside pickup is a joke. You call the store and... no one answers. Once I got inside the store, I was told that they gave my order to someone else and that I would have to waitfor the order to be re-made. Seriously! I didn?t even get an apology. Why would they give out an order to someone withoutverifying their identity! Once I finally got my order I was very disappointed. For the price, I was expecting a decent sizecookie. This was not the case at all. This was the first and last time that I will visit this place. Read more
Cookies are wonderful, but way overpriced. Also, the parking situation is less than desirable and the staff was a little creepy... toward my 16 year old daughter when we went in there last time. It took us over 2 hours to receive a messed up order. After waiting 30min and not being assigned a driver, we called and were... told it was going to take 45min for them to be baked. We waited another hour and tried calling, no one picked up. Our orderfinally was delivered two hours after ordering and it was wrong. How do you mess up an order of 6 cookies? We tried callingagain and once again, no one picked up. The cookies we did eat were dry and $6 ice cream is laughably small. Maybe try sellingdog treats. My favorite thing about Insomnia is that there?s always something new to try! They always have new and different seasonal... flavors in both ice cream and cookies. The staff is nice, the store is clean and very cute, and of course they?re open late.It?s also worth noting they?re cash only. I always know I can find something at insomnia after a long day! Have you ever wanted a cookie late at night? Do you like cookies? Are you human? If you answer yes to those questions, Insomnia... Cookies is the place for you. The name itself lets you know it?s a late night cookie place. The cool thing is they deliver andstay open late. Nothing better than a cookie delivery. I actually went to the actual store and ordered a cookie. It was warm andpretty yummy! Not the best cookie I?ve ever had, but when you?re craving a warm cookie at 11:30 pm, it hits the spot. The storeitself can sometimes be hard to get to parking wise. It?s in downtown Tucson, and it?s hard to get a parking spot nearbyespecially on weekend nights. Read more
