I know hiring for the holidays can be tough, but I?m wondering if the new employees are getting any training at all. This is the... third time we?ve gone to pick up a mobile order and it?s been completely wrong. Last time I ordered one of the new sausage, eggand cheese pancake wrap-ups and they gave me a pancake with just cheese on it. I got the same thing today, and still got it withjust cheese on it. We live literally right around the corner from the store and by the time we get home our food is alreadycold. At this point, I?d rather drive to the one on Lafayette, this is getting kind of ridiculous. Read more
Navi has the worst attitude. She slammed the scanner into my mother in law?s wrist and yelled at her to hold it in a way she is... physically unable to and then said it wasn?t her problem. When we asked for the manager she told us she was the manager. If thisis her attitude she has no business being in customer service. Read more
My sister and I brought our grandchildren to Dunkin on S 3rd IN THE SNOW from Carlisle to have donuts together with the cousins.... The girl at the counter according to the receipt is named Christopher. She has the absolute worse attitude I've encountered ina LONG TIME. We spent almost $22 and she was HATEFUL. I asked to speak to a manager...the OWNER comes out amd said she was notrude...its her personality. My sister reported that we had wrong donuts, the OWNER throws the donut into the bag, tosses it onthe counter and says " We're not sorry". Customer service at its best. Breakfast sandwich was room temp by the time I walked to the car. It had been cooked for quite a while. Coffee was great, had... the new peanut butter macchiato, no complaints with it and no complaints with service other than speaking took quickly for theolder customers in there at the time and for our group. They gave us a couple croissant things instead of the wraps we wanted,but we didn't notice until we got down the road, they weren't bad so not completely upset there except for how do you put thecomplete wrong thing in there when you're reading the order word for word, or mouth to mouth. Will stop by again sometime wheneverything else closed or out of breakfast. Read more

Terre Haute Indiana and Evansville Indiana have horrible Dunkin Donut places. Service has been awful both places. Some items not... available. Evansville had food and drink on the floor and no one cleaning it up. Then items not available that we got therebefore. Both places have changed hands and not worth opening the door to check out!!!
