Store service has be falling steady. Waitress and waiters don't listen they don't properly write down orders. The very thing... you ask them not to do, is the very thing they'll bring right to you like they forgot or they didn't cook the food. They don'tcheck the orders to make them match what was given to them on the original order. The managers are just as bad they come asthough they're solving a problem, just to Scrape off, reheat just to return it to you like eat. How do I know, scrambled eggswith a cold slice of cheese leaves the table. Two minutes later just to return in the same appearance just melted. Now the eggsrubbery. Not enough space to explain all, good luck with your high priced experience. If it were a chain restaurant, withlimited choices in that city it would be closing. Read more

First of all, the food was good, once we got it. The worst service I?ve had at a restaurant. We were seated at 1:30 and did not... get our food until 3:00. 1 1/2 hours!! The waitress apologized. The explanation had something to do with putting the chicken inthe fryer. (Country fried steak) Other customers were served and left, and new customers were seated. We just sat there. Thewaitress refilled our drinks. I told the waitress I was not feeling well because it had been so many hours since I?d eaten(health issues) and she brought me some biscuits after we?d been there an hour and 15 minutes. My husband doesn?t like to eatat Cracker Barrel because of the noise, but I really wanted something on the menu, so we went. I doubt that we will returnagain. Read more

Always great food, new menu items and they are serving some alcohol now, the store got me with Halloween decor!!

Would not of even given 1 star if not for the server who took over for Brittney. She literally left as soon as her shift ended... and I sat here for over a half hour waiting for a to go box, until another server asked if I needed anything. Wow, Brittneyneeds to be retrained on how to treat customers and when to let guest know she is leaving, especially when they are in themiddle of their meal. Great restaurant. We did online checkin before we left the house. We were seated in about 2 min after we got there. The service... was great. Orders came out accurate and hot. There is nothing bad about the service or food. The taste was fresh. Everyoneappeared to be enjoying their meals as well. I highly recommend this spot. Read more

I eat all over the country at cracker barrel. This is the worst experience I've had. Grilled fish was over seasoned by X10 at... least, couldn't even eat it. And this is the exact portion of fries given to me minus 2 fries. Not only that but when I sent thefish back and ask for grilled fish it was fried and I know it was because it was laced. The waitress hardly existed, neverasking if we needed anything and why on earth is the entire middle of the dining room empty and the tall thin host seatingeveryone side by side!?
