Location is convenient but it never fails to walk in to a mess, especially the fountain drink area, sticky floor, no cups or... lids, 2 slices over over cooked pizza. I usually stop here every morning on my way to work and get a monster but 9 times out of10 the employees have them sitting by the register to take home with them and none in the cooler. One employee checked out a lotof customers and had a half smoked cigarette in her hand the whole time, rushing to get people out of the store so she could getback outside. Stay away from this gas station, they dispense bad fuel. You know it's common when the Toyota dealership asked me if I got gas... at this Casey's. After talking to friends in the area this is a common occurrence. Read more
This store a couple years ago was amazing, they had great employees who always seemed like they actually wanted to be there,... there was always a manager or assistant manager no matter what time of day or night it seemed like, it was a clean store, hadgreat food and was way better then how it is now. It's always been a busy store but it has gone way down hill the past year or2. Now theres a whole different group of employees who are rude, theres now terrible ( or no) food, bathrooms are alwaysdirty. Receipt paper on pumps are never filled and no one but management can apparently fill the paper (who never can bebothered if they are even around). I no longer stop here daily as it's not worth the hassle, long lines and negativeexperience. I used to look forward to walking in there and knowing I'd walk out with what I needed. I felt like I was actuallyappreciated as a customer. Hasn't felt like that the last 2 years in there. Sad. Read more
customer service here is lousy. this place is a short walk from my house but I stopped ordering here because my food was... consistently late, sometimes over 30 minutes. employees look at you standing at the food counter and keep making sandwiches andwon't acknowledge you. one guy voided out my pizza and gave it to me for free because I complained about him before...so hebasically robs from his store and shorted me my reward points. I don't want free pizza, I just want to be acknowledged when I'mwaiting at the counter. cash registers go down and the staff suddenly can't accept cash...I wonder what they did beforecomputers? let's not forget the blaring loud gangster rap that the employees will often sing-along with. I'm sure the onlyreason this store is monetarily successful is because of its location on a federal highway. whoever is running this place needsto find either a spine or another job. Read more

I love this Casey's it's clean it's friendly and really the only place I can find that makes a veggie pizza that you can buy by... the slice. Sometimes us vegetarians want more than just cheese pizza. Bathroom needs cleaned but nice staff Read more
Poor delivery time!!!!!! Ordered ahead they said 15 min it took me 25 min to get there guess what they hadn?t even started my... order. Mind you this is 3:00 am so not like it?s rush hour!!!!!!
