My wife and I placed our order through DoorDash. The receipt had everything rung up correctly on the register, but my Ghost... Pepper Whopper and my wife's regular Whopper were both made completely wrong. My Ghost Pepper Whopper was marked with a "GP" butall the sandwich consisted of was a "regular" or "original" Whopper bun with just a Whopper beef patty and one slice of GhostPepper cheese on it. My wife's original Whopper was supposed to have no Ketchup, no Mayo, no Pickle, and no Tomato, yet it hadall of these. We called DoorDash and requested a reorder of our sandwiches, and my wife even texted the "Dasher" named Alex tolet them know the situation and why it was a reorder and to make sure your kitchen crew get it right that time around. Alexresponded to her text saying that a Burger King employee assured him that everything was fine/correct with the remake of ourorder. When we received the reorder, this time my wife's Whopper was made right but my Ghost Pepper Whopper (again marked withGP in writing on the wrapper), except the sandwich was absurdly wrong YET AGAIN, only this time it had the correct (ORANGE)Whopper bun with black sesame seeds, but all that was on the bun was one PLAIN Whopper beef patty! Then, when we called DoorDashcustomer service AGAIN and explained the whole debacle AGAIN, we were informed that the Wabash Ave. Burger King was, veryconveniently I might add, NO LONGER ACCEPTING orders from DoorDash for the day. This whole experience was COMPLETELYUNACCEPTABLE! I never even got the one item that made me decide to go out of my way and agree to go ahead and let my wife placean order for Burger King on DoorDash. I would truly love an explanation for this, but I am sure it would simply be anotherexcuse, much like this excuse for a Burger King staff! UNBELIEVABLE! $13.80 for a Lrg Ghost Pepper Whopper combo meal, and TWICEyour staff can't even find it in themselves to make the sandwich that is advertised? That is a disgrace. Went thru drive thru.. being the passenger, i handed the driver a $20. Cashier gave him wrong change, us quickly realizing the... mistake, i headed inside to rectify.. he said i gave him a $10 then shrugged his shoulders at me and same as called me aliar.... Review for drive-through only: Burger King was open late in a small town where, even on a Friday, most places has closed by... 10:00 pm. It was about as good as fast food gets - everything was hot, well-prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. This mayalso be the only vegan option for miles. The Impossible Burgers don't disappoint (order without cheese and sauce for veganversion). Read more
I was behind a car who obviously had their order screwed up, I paitently waited. As I start pulling up the manager has her head... out the drive thru window yelling at the car pulling away. She was obviously mad but not professional at all. When I was at thewindow waiting on my items the manager was still loudly complaining and slamming things, even my items and my order was messedup so she had to take that back and get my order corrected and she again started yelling and slamming items. The employees didnot know what to do during the fits and crazy rampage. It's not fair to employees to have bad management. Avoid this placeeven with the poor management I still got the wrong drink and my food seemed as it just came out of the refrigerator. Worstburger king!! They've really went downhill. Read more
Good service, fast and friendly atmosphere. Some times will receive napkins, but that is not a huge issue since we typically eat... at home. Good place to grab a quick bite. I wish fast food prices stayed around where they were 3-4 years ago, but totallyunderstandable in these times. Read more
