Had a great experience. Kelly was amazing. We had no idea what we wanted so she was very patient and had amazing customer... service. I haven't been here in over 2 years. Now that I had a great experience I will make it my regular stop for icecream.. -------------------- Imagine a place where all day long people talk about ice cream, eat ice cream and even dream icecream. That?s us. That?s Baskin-Robbins. Over 70 years ago, Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins had the crazy idea of offering 31flavors of ice cream when everyone else was still selling vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Burt and Irv were absolutely nutsabout ice cream (Irv even had a swimming pool shaped like an ice cream cone). Great service! Delish ice cream
Ordered a small cone for my son. We were about 5 minutes down the road when he said the cone was empty. I thought maybe there... was just a small pocket where the ice cream didn't get pushed in, but no, the entire cone was completely void of ice cream...whoever made it had literally just put a scoop barely big enough to cover the top of the cone and that's it. Now if this hadbeen a dollar cone I may not even have cared too much, but if I'm going to spend $3 on ice cream the cone had better be filled.Pretty disappointed and irritated, certainly will not be going back nor recommending this place Read more
I ordered a cake log for a party. I called our south store first. I talked to a boy who was nice but couldn't help. He said he... was washing dishes & took a long time to answer the phone. He first said they don't make then then said he didn't know how. So Icalled the east store & eventually got it ordered. Hard to order but cake looked delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. Read more
Went to get an ice cream birthday cake. The edible printer was down. However they did an AMAZING job on it. My daughter wanted a... Helluva boss cake and they did it up right. The cake tasted amazing and everyone that we saw was super nice! Hats off to thegirl/ guy who did the decorating on her cake! Plus the ghost pepper blood orange ice cream was really good.
