Why does the pizza, which is advertised as a "happy hour" $10 special cost $18 @ a table? Doesn't say this anywhere and left a... bad taste for what was other wise a good experience. We questioned the price and that was the explanation given. "It's only $10@ the bar". Read more
My wife and I had fabulous meal at Jasco?s this past weekend. Happy hour daily 4-7pm helps keep bill manageable. Food was... great and my fried chicken sandwich with honey chili sauce was very good. First time visitor here. Good food, great decor, but really poor service tonight. Front of house had 1 person serving seated... diners, 3-4 people dealing with bar stuff and drinks. We had to eventually chase down a waiter to provide our order becausenobody was doing it if their own volition. That?s down to a 3 star review right there. It?s clear that people sitting down toeat are very low on the priority list for the staff tonight. And since they don?t have a host/hostess (they have a station forone and it?s 7:00 on Friday so don?t know why not) I had to get up multiple times to close the front door that stays open tokeep from being blinded while eating until the sun went down. Definitely lost a star for making me have to get up from my mealmultiple times to close their front door. Never had to do that before in my life that I can recall. Don?t think I will becoming back. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the ambiance felt fun and hip. The happy hour was BOGO, which was fab on a... $15 glass of wine. I loved the farfelle pasta. Tasted like elevated ?garlic butter noodles? from being a kid. My friend broughther two-month-old baby along, and the staff was really compassionate and accommodating for the baby.
