On July 8th I saw the add of buy 2 footlong for 10$. ?Really exciting idea!?. Went to this Subway ordered two and the bill came... out to be 17$ plus. The lady behind the country not only couldn?t speak understandable English but also is a smart A$$. Aftertelling her that I just saw the add on TV. She told me that this add is only for online orders or order through the App. Eitherfollow up on subway nationwide campaign or rename your store. But never insult your customers intelligence! Today I went there at 7:50 pm and it was closed while google said it closed at 10pm and the Schedule in the store said it closed... at 9pm...not to mention it is the 2and time it happens, that's really annoying, going there for nothing. It just seems like theyclose whenever they want not really following a real schedule of work. Read more
I came here at 12:55 pm. There were a lot of kids from school. BUT there was ONLY ONE guy working. I got my sandwich in exactly... 30 mins. How come only one worker is there when tons of people are coming. I'd give him credit because he was working reallyhard. But the owner should be ashamed for not sending anyone to help at rush hours. Food was good, just very inefficient at employee management. When there are 25 people in line here there is only one person. Yet... when there is one person in line there are 3 people working. Unless you want to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich than go somewhereelse. Read more
We love to walk our dog to the center of Tenafly. And it is great that there is a clean, well stocked Subway sandwich shop... there. We always get the foot long veggie and foot long tuna. Their cookies are super delicious and fresh baked! They needadditional experienced sandwich makers. Read more
