Although the room was adequate, it definitely needed attention. There was mold in the bathroom under the peeling wallpaper which... I sprayed Lysol on to try and kill it. The floor in the bathroom looked as though they used a dirty mop. We laid towels down tokeep our feet clean. We reserved a room with a King bed but had to take a Double Queen because half of the hotel had no heat. Read more

Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and pleasant, helpful staff. But unfortunately, those are the only positives. It's clear... that this is a formerly nice hotel that has suffered from lack of investment in maintenance. And viewing prior responses frommanagement, these issues will not be addressed. If you're staying in Cresskill or Tenafly, still worth considering for theprice. But otherwise...drive a little further for better lodging. Read more

Key cards are very fickle. They tend to not work after the first night. Drainage issues in the bathtubs. Room servicing is only... every other night but we were not informed that when checking in. Walls are a bit on the thinner side so noise can be an issue.Parts of the hotel are quite dated. Rooms, in terms of space and cleanliness are adequate. Front desk staff seemed friendly. Read more
