We took my son's 1959 Feathercraft Islander along with some of the other Feathercraft group here for lunch. It was not crowded,... as it was late in the season. Most of us had burgers and fries. The service was good and the food was very good, especially fora marina based seasonal restaurant. I've been going here for years and always recommend it over some of the other on waterrestaurants. What you might expect from a restaurant 15 feet from the lake attached to a convenience store and boat rental, in rural TN. I... had a mediocre hamburger and a few beers. We had an enjoyable time. It is a fun crowd. Plus, we could not find any otherrestaurants on the lake. What can I say? Read more
Super servers!!! My daughter and I arrived to the dock LATE and these 2extra special ladies did all they could to provide... comfort and drink to us despite the fact everything was shut down. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!! Read more
been twice now by water. easy to access . plenty of dock room. staff is very friendly and courteous. both time I have eaten food... was ok.nothing to brag about. burger can taste that's its frozen Patty's. had the shrimp last time and it was lacking something . so imo a little pricy for the quality on the food end. rest of the experience was great. Gorgeous view and really good food.
Beautiful place,right on the lake,can see fish and turtles swimming right beside. Not a fancy place,can pull your boat right up... to the dock. And come right in! Food is really good,and affordable. Clean, and severs are friendly and helpful. Will go back! Read more
Went to the Crow nest for anniversary din er the wife and I like trying place it was a nice ride from Athens . The resturant sit... on the Watt Bar lake it a marine the was very nice lake add a nice feel to dinner . The waitresses in the resturant very nicethe menu was not overwhelming had something for everyone. We both had stuff tilapia with crab cake and cover in a shrimp andcorn chowder.and side . They alcohol beer and mix drink there dessert is a large piece of cake either carrot or doublechocolate. I had the stuffed tilapia with a crab cake and corn shrimp chowder on top along with mashed potatoes and broccoli. All of it was... hot and fantastic! Wife had a turkey or chicken panini and really liked it too. Service and atmosphere was also great. Sat bythe window overlooking the marina. Will definitely go back when in the area again. I did not expect such good food at a marinarestaurant in the middle of nowhere. So much better (and more expensive) than Mr Twister just down the road. Read more
