First time at this popular Restaurant. It is okay and we did enjoy the chicken noodle soup but the beef stir fry was lacking in... taste and our waiter could have been more pleasant but perhaps the language barrier was part of it. The BOBA TEA is deliciousand we had the mango. They offer many dishes with chicken, beef or shrimp. The location and parking is great as is the location.The restaurant is very clean and Prices are fair. They offer dine in, dine outside, carry out as well.Recommend. Read more

Insanely delicious! I have eaten Vietnamese all over the country and this place was #1. Fresh and sizzling. Authentic flavors.... Crispy veggies, flavorful meat, perfect noodles and rice. I?ve never been so excited about a restaurant opening. Or in this case re-opening. The menu states that it?s the same ownership... and chefs as before the fire but that?s the farthest thing from the truth. This new abbreviated menu no longer has any eggplantdishes. The chicken is a lower quality that has taste and texture of a cafeteria in a hospital. The garlic used in their garlicnoodle dish?s are not of quality. They?re not using fresh garlic. Even the tap water had a crummy, almost plastic like taste. See for yourself. I was remarkably disappointed by everything. So sad. Read more
This restaurant has been serving Tampa for many years. Unfortunately they were forced to close down for 2 years due to some bs... riots that caused a fire on their premises. But now in 2022 they're back in full swing at their new location on 56th St with thesame great service and quality food. Delicious boba, pho and other great Vietnamese dishes at very low prices. WELCOME BACK!!! Saigon bay is back with the same staff, same cooks, and same great food! Now located in the Terrace Oaks plaza... directly across the street from Outback Steakhouse on north 56th street, the new venue is bright and open though a bit smallerthan the old location. So happy it?s open again!! The new place is definitely smaller, but I like the amount of sunlight you can get inside now. We got... pho with rare beef, grilled pork banh mi, Vietnamese coffee, and the fresh rolls. Everything was very fresh. I loved how tenderthe beef was in the pho. Watching the drip into the condensed milk healed my soul. My favorite part about this place was howfast the service is and I?m glad it?s still the same! The good was great, large portions with moderate pricing. This Beef Noodle Bowl with seafood was $13! Despite being busy,... service was still fast and friendly. Definitely recommend to friends! Read more
