Every time I order from here they never make it correctly. I ordered through the app yesterday and ordered a bowl with half... chicken and half steak. They only put steak and no chicken. I also ordered it with pinto beans and they gave me black beans.They also barely put any rice in my bowl. Chipotle has completely fallen off the map. All locations run out of fajitas and guacamole 10 hours before close. Being a... vegetarian these two food items are crucial for me so it is a complete disappointment and makes the burrito less than sub par. This is by far the worse Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Rice taste like they left it out overnight and started serving it again the... next day. Taste all cold and rock hard without even trying to reheat it. Guacamole looks the same, looks like they left it outovernight to make it turn all dark green. Sour cream and Queso seem as if they found a batch from 6 months ago and startedserving it. All the oils separating making a layer of liquid at the top and smelling rancid. The chicken and steak also taste asif they left it out to dry in the sun, it?s almost like eating 10 year old jerky. All of these happen consistently and it?s onlythis Chipotle that doesn?t service fresh food. You all might think I?m over exaggerating but it?s the truth. I gave this placethe benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it?s because I came in so early they didn?t realize they left it out. This is aboutthe 10th time I?ve been here and all of those times were terrible. Every single time I?ve reported it on the Chipotle app theyjust give me a free meal but nothing changes with this specific Chipotle.
