Fries were cold. Whopper was warm at best, the store was dirty. Counter folks were not very friendly.
Restaurant has a horrible modern design that seems designed to make people leave as soon as possible. The air conditioning... wasn't running. This is my neighborhood BK and I use the drive-thru every week. The staff is so nice, the food is always hot and the prices are... good. Busy location but that means the food is fresh. We always round up our checks for their scholarship program. Read more

It's gotten worse with the new management. They have given us the wrong order twice today already. And this is the kind of but... her we got. The lettuce looks old and disgusting. We went back again and the manager gave us an attitude and claimed that thenumber 12 was not the rodeo burder as shown outside, but inside it was different.
