When I went there were at least seven employees behind the counter and only one person in front of me and yet my ice cream cake... which I was informed could not be modified by anybody in store that day was half melted by the time they finished serving oneperson in front of me. They are out of ice cream or oreos every time I ask for an Oreo layered sundae. This is common across the Tampa Bay area.
Very very good the best Baskin Robbins in Tampa. I went there Sunday night though the drive thru and the black man I did not get... his name was so nice and made my order right and it was it was almost closing time but he cared about my order. I went in todayand the Indian man did my order and he was nice and did my order excellent. I definitely will be back . Read more
They took some time to give the ice cream to us, but it tasted pretty good I was surprised as it was better than expected
Will never order a cake from them again. Ordered ahead on Thurs for it to be ready for today(Sun). I needed the cake for Mon.... They call me Sun morning and tell me the manager didnt order the flavor cake I asked for and all they had was oreo. Since Ineeded the cake I okayed it. Go to pick up the cake and the person's name on the cake was wrong/unledgeable. And the "happybirthday" looks like a 2 year old wrote it. I asked them to fix it and the girl told me they couldn't fix it and tried to get meto take the cake until another employee turned around and took the cake in the back to fix it. They come back and they fix thename but the rest of it still looks like a 2 year old wrote it and the girl jokes by saying "it's in doctors handwriting". If Iwasnt pressed for time at this point I wouldnt have taken the cake, but now all I can do is cover it with candles. Read more
Absolutely HORRIBLE! My daughter's grandpa ordered her a cake for graduation because he couldn't make it from Tallahassee. Nice... surprise right? They had all the details from his order . The day before they called to say they didn't have chocolate orvanilla ice cream can they use oreo..... 1st off are you not an ice cream shop? I told the girl that was fine. We show up ongraduation morning to collect the cake and the WHOLE cake is different. We ordered a white cake ,and they gave us a chocolate, we ordered purple writing as her favorite color ,they put green.... Then the manager is acting like it's no big deal . I went in this store yesterday and Ladavia was awesome she suggested this cookie dough ice cream that was great. She has... awesome customer service skills she was running the whole store yesterday by herself she was great. She really needs to be themanager of your store because she was the only one yesterday taking care of the customers needs and she did it all gracefully. Read more
