Hood Fab location, long drive thru lines but the inside is a little better. Your food is still hot n fresh.

Huge online order the main thing was the flounder.... regular and spicy. I wanted regular can't have spicy...BOTH WERE SPICY. I... didn't even care about the missing sides...I ended up with a biscuit and some Mac n cheese. Tried calling a few times no answerthen just busy. There?s one employee in particular, Fadila. Her work ethic is outstanding. I?ve gone here several times while the store was busy... and she was the only worker operating the register, but she knows how to keep the line moving and I was amazed by that. Eventhrough the pressure that all she still remained welcoming and patient to her customers which is very rare to come across inmany restaurants. I went To this place and ask for wings and drum sticks only. Then I had To wait 10 minutes for the chicken, I was fine with... that, but when I got home and looked in my box. It was 2 thighs & 1 breast over cooked and some not cooked enough. I was so madthat I only thing I ate was the sides and some of the drumstick. Never eating here again. Read more

Absolutely terrible. They didn't cook the fries, the biscuit was cold, the girl at the front wouldn't give me a cup for a drink... that I ordered. I had to throw away my food I was so disgusted at this place. Do yourself a favor and not waste your time/moneyat this place. Read more
