Terrible. Never again. I was scammed! I ordered a 8 piece this afternoon. I only received 7 pieces. 5 of the 7 pieces were... thighs. The door to enter the building seems to remain locked. Did not receive a receipt. No one answered any of my phone callsand there isn't a voice mail system ????. Poor management and KFC just lost a customer for life for facilitating this ratchetnonsense. This restaurant is the most disgusting place ever to eat from yes the food is exceptional at times but the staff they have... working to serve us is the most laziest, disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered dealing with fast food.I arrived at the drive through at 9:30pm I understand they close at 10pm but when I pull up to the menu to take my order theyare refusing to serve me remind you it?s now 9:39pm. I noticed the car in from of me receiving their food but we couldn?t order& to make it even more sad they locked the window watching everyone pull off & they are laughing. It would have been fine ifthey would accepted orders until 9:50/9:55pm then I would understand but cutting the line short picking who gets to receive foodis ridiculous, I would not be eating from this location let alone any KFC location. Everywhere else has opened the indoors for the public. They are still doing drive-thru only. I don't drive so this is... frustrating. I ordered the 16 piece meal which comes with 4 large sides. I honestly don't know how any one could consider thesesides large. The Mac and cheese and Cole slaw look like it's missing scoops. For 45 dollars I think I should have got more bangfor my bucks. Never again. Customer service subpar. And the food don't look clean. (I found lint on my tenders). They don't follow simple... directions for a real simple order. The KFC that is pre-made in those containers with the red top, the gravy is always dry I took one back and asked to get a... freshly made one, he only gave me one out of the pre-made once again, they need to get rid of the pre-made mashed and gravy...Fast forward 5 months later.. The same thing.. Smh.. Well here's a update 4/3/18.I once again asked for a fresh mash and gravy..I got the same dried gravy .i told the drive thru female I asked for a fresh made one. She only said that's all they have.. Ishould have asked for my money back.. I won't be going back.. Newest pics show the same dried gravy as the previous 3 visits...THE REVIEWS DON'T LIE!! Read more
