Very bad attitude. The tone of voice and responses to questions are so bad. I asked about the coupon and right away I felt... like I was being yelled at. Then during my order, I asked if I can get a foot long of BMT with half of the side with the meatonly and the other half with everything and that didn't work out so well either--almost turned into an argument. Do not go to this location and avoid going there! I would have give it 0 stars, as it is the worst service ever! I ordered 2... tuna footlongs from the app to pick up. When an Asian lady working had bad and rude attitude, while she ignored me. Whichstarted when I told her that I placed an order, but she said they do not have it in their system. Even though I already placedit before I come in, but she still does not have it and literary ignored me. That is when she started to have bad and rudeattitude towards me. She also tells me that I cancel the order to get the money back. However, right when I walk out, my orderended up being placed on the shelf. She did not even tell me that they left my order on the shelf at all. How rude of her nottelling me to check my order on the shelf. And that location does not even post a pick up sign from the app either. Made mewasted 5-10 minutes inside over there. Never going to that location again. Read more
